You can fund your Volopay account as shown below:

  1. The first step to add money for either money transfers or card expenses is to add funds to your Bill Pay balance. To do so, please visit your [Dashboard] and go to the [Overview] section.

Now you can load money into Volopay either in SGD/AUD or USD.

FOR SINGAPORE CLIENTS:

a. Click on the [+ Add or Receive] option to add the corresponding funds.

b. Transfer your funds directly via bank transfer to the bank details below

You can also use the PayNow QR code( for wallex clients) : Scan the below code and transfer the funds



Once the transfer is complete, the funds will reflect in your Bill Pay balance (SGD/USD) within a maximum of 2 hours (maximum SLA).

Fund transfer should be done between 9 am - 5 pm SGT from Monday till Friday. For any topup done outside of these timings, the balance will reflect on the Volopay portal on the next business working day.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS:

a. Click on [ + Add Money] option to add the corresponding funds.

b. Transfer your funds directly via bank transfer to the bank details below:

Regular bank transfer may take up to 4 hours to be processed and be reflected onto your Volopay account.

Once topped up, you can now use these funds for all your Money Transfers and Bill Payments.

Note: It is preferred that you do not transfer funds using GIRO as it might take a longer time than usual and in case you do, you are required to send the proof of GIRO payment to [email protected]
