To obtain a physical card, you have two options available through your Volopay account. The first method involves navigating to the Cards section, then selecting Physical Cards. From there, click on the 'Order' button located in the top right corner. You will be prompted to provide the necessary details for the card order.

You can reach out to your account manager or you can reach out to us on Intercom chat if you'd like to get a hold of your physical card.
Please do note that for Singapore clients, only admins can order physical cards on behalf of members.
Indonesia-specific:
