All the bill pay transactions can be exported to an excel format by selecting the transactions in either of the stages namely, [All], [Pending for approval], [Processing], [Failed] and [Paid]. Go to Bill Pay icon on the Volopay platform and visit the Payments Tab and select the transactions as shown based on the Status.

You could also select all the transactions and bulk export them by selecting the box highlighted in pink as shown below:

The Bill Pay transactions can also be exported from the [Accounting] Tab. Go to [Pending to Verify] and apply the filter for Bill Pay and select the transactions that need to be exported as shown below:
