The transactions details can be obtained by downloading the receipt. Go to Bill Pay icon on the Volopay platform and visit the Payments Tab and select the transactions as shown based on the Status [All], [Processing] or [Paid]. Click on the particular transaction for which you would want the details and download the receipt.
