Upon signing onto our platform, kindly prepare the following:
Copy of a valid ID (Driver's License or Passport)
ASIC of company or ABN Registration
If the main admin signing up onto Volopay is not a director, an authorization letter printed on company letterhead with signatures from two company directors is required to signify that the said person is being authorized to open an account in behalf of the company.
In case your company has multiple stakeholders, and a director has more than 25% share in the company, please prepare these additional documents:
Copy of valid ID of director/s with more than 25% share
ASIC of entity with more than 25% share
If applicable, partnership agreement or trust deed.
