To sync all transactions made inside Volopay --- everything happens on the transactions tab under accounting.

Scenario :

The refund for ABC transaction has already been processed on January 2, 2021. ( Note that - Refunds are actually processed and reflected into the account from merchant to us in total of 10-15 days.)

The steps to check the refunds are:

Please go to Accounting-->Transactions-->Others-->Filter by Adjustments.

Remember : the reversal amount might differ if it is an international transaction as exchange rate and forex charges will be applied.
