How many days does it take for the amount to refund?
Refunds are actually processed and reflected into the account from merchant to us in total of 10-15 days.
If User A gets refunded, the amount will be refunded back to his budget?
for any refund, it will show as adjustments under transactions/ledger tab. amount will go back to the account balance, but individual card balance wont be affected by it.
what about if user A blocks the card already? will the refund still go back to his budget?
Not anymore if the card is blocked. when a card is blocked, the spending limit of that card goes back to the budget on which it is attached to.
