We now have a new dashboard that is designed to simplify navigation, and give better insights into your spending!

Major changes

  1. Only a single currency account balance instead of having bill pay balance and cards balance

  2. Quick access buttons for easier navigation

  3. Pending actions visible on the dashboard

  4. Cashback earned can be viewed on the dashboard (if cashback applies)

  5. More in depth spend analytics along with a breakdown at Vendors, Categories, People, Departments, Locations level

Sections of the dashboard

  1. My accounts

You can see an overview of your account balance for each of the currencies. This is the only balance that you will now see. This is one major change from the previous dashboard and workflow, where you could see a separate bill pay balance and a separate cards balance.

The ‘Processing payments’ reflects the amount of funds that have been allocated towards bill payments that are still being processed by the banks. The funds have not yet been debited from your account.

Using the arrow keys on the side lets you navigate between currency accounts.

2. Quick access

The quick access section has been designed to make it easier for you to navigate the platform. The first eight options reflect the most common user actions.

You can click on the ‘View all’ to see all actions and directly access forms and other sections of the platform.

3. Pending requests

In this section, you can see all the actions that have been assigned to you for approval. This includes card requests, card fund requests, bill payment requests, and reimbursement requests.

Clicking on the individual tabs will take you to the respective sections, where you can approve the requests.

4. Pending accounting actions

In this section, you can see all the accounting actions that have been assigned to you. This includes reviewing expenses, verifying expenses, and syncing expenses.

Clicking on the individual tabs will take you to the respective sections, where you can perform the necessary actions

5. Needs your attention

In this section, you can see all the actions that you have to take regarding expenses and bill payments made by you.

This includes looking at expenses for which you have not included the details marked as necessary according to the submission policy that applies. You can also see your declined card expenses and declined bill payments.

You can also view the transactions at a company level as an admin and see the incomplete expenses and failed transactions if you are a department manager. As department manager, you will see information for all the departments you manage.

Clicking on the individual tabs will take you to the respective sections, where you can perform the necessary actions and review the failed transactions.

6. Cashback

In this section, you can see the cashback you have earned so far, the cashback available from the current cycle, and the amount available for you to redeem.

7. Spend analytics

The spend analytics section has been designed for you to get better insights into your spending patterns.

You can see a spend snapshot which shows you how you’ve been spending money over the course of the month, and a comparison with spends from the previous month. You can see the total spend amount and cashback earned as well.

You can filter the spends according to the type of transaction and see spends for previous months.

In the table below, you can see a breakdown of spends according to vendor, categories, people, department, and location.
