To change a user role between a member and an admin, all you need to do is simply navigate to the Manage tab > People > Select the user > Settings > Change the roles as shown below.

Note: Admins cannot change their own roles to members. Any other admin within the organization should help or you can get in touch with the support team of Volopay to get it done.
