Basic Information
1. Contact details and ID proof of first account administrator
2. Company details along with the NPWP
For the onboarding process
1. NIB
2. Akta Pendirian Perusahaan
3. SK Menkeh of Akta Pendirian Perusahaan
4. Latest Akta Perubahan Perusahaan
5. SK Menkeh of latest Akta Perubahan Perusahaan
6. Any business specific licenses
7. Identity proof and NPWP of Company Director
8. Identity proof for all Ultimate Beneficial Owners
For credit application
1. Bank statements for previous six months. Note, bank statements must be submitted as six separate files, one for each month.
2. Audited financial statements.
Cardholder documents
When the cards are being issued, you will need to submit the following documents for the cardholders
KTP for Indonesia nationals
Passport for foreign nationals
