For Members - How to create reimbursement claim on web app?

All reimbursement claims can be filed through web app or mobile app. For creating claims through mobile app, you may check the step by step here.

User account approval

All invited users need to have their Volopay user account approved first. This can be done by following the email invitation link sent to their email, and set up their profile, indicating their birth date and address.

User account approval may take within minutes up to 2 business days.

Adding bank account details

Once user account is approved, user needs to set up his/her bank account details.

Go to Profile > My Profile > + Add bank details

Complete the 3-page section will all necessary details.

Creating reimbursement claims

After setting up the bank account detail, user can proceed with creating reimbursement claim by going to Reimbursement > Create claim.

Complete all details and click Submit.

Once submitted, wait for your admin to review and approve the claim.
