Settling a reimbursement

Upon successful submission of a reimbursement claim and approval by the relevant approvers, the next step involves settling the approved claim. Here is a concise outline of the steps to complete the settlement process:

  1. After a reimbursement claim has been submitted and subsequently approved,

  2. The settlement users will find the approved reimbursement claim displayed in the "Outstanding" section of the settlement tab.


3) Select the individual for whom you intend to settle the reimbursement.

4) Choose the specific claim that requires settlement.





5) At this point, you have the option to either settle or pay the reimbursement claim via Volopay or manually.
(If you opt for settlement via Volopay, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the main account balance.)
