Discover how to efficiently export paid claims as a CSV file, using customizable filters to tailor the data output to your specific needs. This feature allows you to refine the data based on various criteria, ensuring that the exported file contains only the most relevant information for your analysis or reporting purposes. By leveraging these filters, you can streamline your workflow, enhance data accuracy, and gain deeper insights into your claims management process, making it easier to meet your organization's unique requirements.


How to Export Paid Claims

  1. Start by navigating to the Reimbursement module within your system.

  2. Select the Paid section, which displays all the paid claims made to employees.

  3. Choose to export all claims directly or use filters to tailor the data as required.

  4. Apply filters by clicking in the Search Box, if necessary, to categorize the claims data according to specific criteria.

  5. For more detailed data sorting, click on the Search Box button again to access additional filter options.

  6. After applying the desired filters, click on Export to initiate the download of the filtered data. A success message will appear to confirm the successful export.

  7. Click on the success message with a link or go to the downloads page to begin downloading your exported CSV file.
