Overview

Ensuring audit readiness and easy access to your financial data is crucial for effective management within Volopay. In this article, we will explore how to efficiently view synced transactions on the Volopay platform, providing you with a clear understanding of how to access and review your synchronized financial data.

How to view your synced transaction?

If you need to identify the number and details of transactions synced to your accounting software, you can easily access this information by viewing the sync history within each Volopay module.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to Accounting.

  2. Select the specific module you're interested in.

  3. In the top right corner, click on "Sync History" to view the synced transactions.

Purpose of Sync History:

This feature keeps a log of all the attempts made to synch transaction data. Syncing is the process of ensuring that the data in accounting software matches the data in the Volopay account it's linked to. For businesses, this is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records.

Details Recorded:

The sync history typically records the date and time of each sync attempt, the total number of transactions involved in the sync, and provides an action or status indicator. This allows users to see when the last successful sync occurred and to verify the transfer of data.

Sync history provides an audit trail: It creates a log that can be valuable for auditing purposes, demonstrating due diligence in maintaining accurate records.

Volopay ensures that the financial data presented in your Volopay platform is current and reflects the latest available information in your connected accounting software, contributing to better financial management and decision-making.
