Effective team management is essential for any business's success, particularly when it comes to overseeing employee expenditures across various locations. The following guide will help you manage team members across different locations within your Volopay platform.
Here are the steps to set locations:
Step 1: Navigate to the Manage tab and open the Locations page.
Step 2: Click on the location, for which you want to modify users.
Step 3: Hover over to the people section and click "Manage people" - it will redirect you to the People tab, where in you can select the user for whom you would like to change the location.
Step 4: Click on "Edit Profile" of the selected user and change the location.
Step 5: Confirm the change in users location and submit.
Note : Once the users location is switched they are permanently removed from the existing location, and this action is irreversible.
