Volopay has three user roles that can be assigned to a user. Any Admin can change a user's role by following these steps:

1. Click on the Manage > People tab and search for the user you want to update.

2. Click Edit Profile.

3. Edit the user's role by clicking on the "drop down" icon on the user's role field.

Once the users role is switched there access to volopay platform will have significant changes, and it's important to understand the implications listed in the form before taking an action.
