Overview

In today's fast-paced financial environment, effectively managing expenses, transactions, and approval alerts is crucial. One of the most efficient ways to stay on top of your finances is by setting up notification preferences. Setting up notification preferences is a simple yet powerful tool for managing your finances. It enhances your ability to monitor expenses, ensures timely payments, and strengthens the security of your transactions. By leveraging these notifications, you can maintain greater control over your financial well-being and make smarter financial decisions.

Key Highlights

We are excited to announce an enhancement to our notification system that puts you in control of the alerts you receive.

  • Customizable Notifications: All mandatory notifications, such as vendor creation and vendor deletion, payment overdue alerts have been moved to preferences. This means you can now choose whether or not to receive these notifications, giving you full control over your email alerts.

  • Enhanced User Experience: By making these notifications optional, we aim to reduce clutter in your inbox and allow you to focus on the notifications that matter most to you.

How To Set Notification Preferences

1. Click the “Inbox” icon.

2. In the pop-up screen, scroll down and click “Notification Preferences.”

3. You will be redirected to a new page where you can view and set your notification preferences. Options include Approvals, Cards, Bill Pay, Payroll, and Reimbursement. You will need to click the dropdown icon to show the detailed notification settings that you wish to set.

Note: The available notification preferences depend on your user role. Some options may only be visible to Admins and Custom Roles.
