Overview
We understand that activating your card is an important step in getting started with Volopay. We want to make this process as easy as possible. Below are three easy methods to activate your card and start using it for your business expenses.
Activate the physical card as a User :
Step 1: Navigate to the My Volopay section and proceed to the Physical Card page.
Step 2: On the Physical Card page, locate the Activate Now button. Click on it to start the activation process.
Step 3: For this step, please consult the chart below based on your region:

Step 4: Click on "Activate Card" button to complete the activation.
Activate the physical card as an Admin :
Note: Activating physical card as an Admin is only available for Australia and Singapore Users only.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Cards" tab in your Volopay account, then click on the "Physical Cards" section.
Step 2: Click on "Yet to Activate" section, you'll see a list of users who have not yet activated their physical cards.
Step 3: Choose the user for whom you want to activate the physical card.

Step 5 : Click on "Activate Card" button to complete the activation.
Note: Once activated, the card automatically links to the user's department.
