Overview
A personalized physical card is pre-assigned to the designated cardholder, ensuring that it cannot be activated or used by any other individual. For clear identification, the cardholder's name is prominently printed on the card. The issuance of a personalized card is restricted to authorized personnel; only an admin or a card manager has the authority to order a personalized card for a specific user.
Volopay can ship a physical card to any domestic address, with applicable charges as stated below:
Australia | Members can order one card for themselves, with a fee of 4 AUD per month per user. |
India | Members can order one personalized physical card for themselves, with a charge of 500 INR per user, which will be automatically added to the end-of-month invoice. |
Singapore | Members can order one card for themselves, with a charge of 5 SGD applied when the order is made.
International shipping is available with charges determined by the destination country. |
Steps to Order Personalized Physical Card
If you're an Admin or Card manager, you can order a physical card for yourself or your team by following these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Cards window and proceed to the physical card page.
Step 2: Locate the Order button on the right side of the virtual card page.
Step 3: Click on the Order button. Choose whether to order cards in bulk for the company or order a personalized card for an individual. For this guide, select the option to order a personalized card.
Step 4: Select the User for whom the card is being ordered. This could be the Admin or another Employee.
Step 5: Enter the delivery address for the physical card.
Step 6: Click Continue to review the delivery details and see if approval is needed before submitting the physical card request.
Step 8: Wait for the approver to approve the request. The physical card will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Upon receiving the card, activate the card from the platform to start using it.
Reordering Physical Cards
If you need to reorder a physical card due to fraud concerns or lost cards, before doing so, you will need to block the existing physical card first.
Please take note that you cannot re-order another physical card unless the existing one has been blocked. Click here for the steps on how to block a physical card.
Once done, you can re-order another personalized physical card by following the same steps mentioned above.
