After activating a card, you will need to check the following things in the system:

a) Do you have the adequate limit set in your card to make the transaction.

b) Does the budget that your card is assigned to has sufficient available to spend balance.

Since Volopay uses preloaded cards, your card and budget needs to be loaded with the right amount of money beforehand.

Note: The first transaction always has to be a non-contactless payment, either using chip or swipe.
