Overview

Your customer success manager will confirm your chosen subscription plan and will advise you through email regarding details of your Volopay Subscription and the payment cycle.


How Volopay subscription plans are paid

The cost of the subscription plans are automatically debited from your Volopay account balance, so please ensure that you have enough funds on it. Additionally, details of your Volopay subscription plan and any invoices generated for card orders, plan upgrades etc can be accessed via Manage > Billing.
