Reimbursement is the process through which individuals or organizations are compensated for expenses they have incurred on behalf of another party. This typically involves submitting proof of expenses and receiving payment to cover the costs. To streamline this process, users now have the ability to download payment receipts for their reimbursement claims, mirroring the functionality already available for vendor payments. This new feature enhances convenience and efficiency, ensuring that all necessary documentation is easily accessible and manageable.
Steps to Download the Payment Receipt :
Navigate to My Volopay.
Select the "Reimbursement" option.
Choose the member for whom you want to download the payment receipt.
Click on "Payment History."
Select the date of the payment receipt you wish to download.
Click on the "Payment Receipt" at the bottom.
