Downloading proof of payment on the Volopay platform is a straightforward process that allows users to efficiently access and save payment confirmations. This feature ensures users can easily obtain and store payment confirmations, enhancing financial record-keeping and providing necessary documentation for vendor transactions.
How to Download Proof of Payment
Go to 'Bill Pay'
Click on 'Paid'
Select any of the desired paid payment
Once the details of the payments open, scroll down and click 'download the proof of payment'
It will then be saved to your specified download folder, ready for you to share with your vendor.
