Overview
With the new Bill Archiving feature, bill creators can now archive bills they have created even before those bills are rejected. This exclusive functionality is restricted to bill creators only, ensuring that admins and other users cannot archive a bill before its rejection, thus preserving transparency and control. The feature also aids in error management by allowing users to remove payments that were accidentally created, thereby enhancing overall workflow efficiency. By empowering bill creators to manage their entries more effectively, this update provides greater control and streamlines the bill management process.
Steps To Archive bills by bill creators :
Navigate to your My Volopay dashboard.
Select the "Bill Pay" module.
Go to "Approvals" and click on "All."
Find the bill payment you want to archive and click on the three dots on the right.
Select "Archive Bill" from the options.
