Admins within the company possess a unique authority enabling them to act on any request generated by other users across all modules: card requests, bill payments, and reimbursements.
When a user submits a request, an admin can directly approve it by selecting "skip approval" from the options displayed in the three-dot menu of the request slider.
Choosing this option bypasses the earlier approvers in the chain, enabling the request to be approved at each level and processed without delay.
How to skip approval?
If you're an admin, you can access the option to skip approvals for any pending request by opening the request and clicking on the three-dot menu or more options.
